Joint the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) since 1990.  The major study is Animal Biotechnology, especially in Animal Molecular Genetic and Bioprocessing.  Winaya currently working on a study of beef, dairy goat & poultry genetics and bioprocessing for animal feed.  Since 2014 Winaya worked as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia.
